How do I create a new Project?
Once you've created an account your first project is automatically created for you. You can create a new project by clicking on the Project name and selecting "New Project" from the drop-down menu.
I don't see the iOS device I need!
If your app works for iPhone, the Apple App Store requires iPhone 11 Pro Max and iPhone 8 Plus screenshots. Thankfully, AppStore Connect lets you use these two devices to downsample for all smaller iOS devices. This helps limit the amount of devices and screenshot sets you need to export.
To do this, click the check-boxes next to each smaller device that says "Use 6.5-inch Display". These devices will now showcase your screenshots created for 6.5" and 5.5" devices.
If you're looking for iPad Pro 2nd Generation devices, you can upload your iPad Pro 3rd Generation screenshots. Apple will not reject your build, as it's impossible to tell the difference between the two.
I don't see the Android device I need!
We currently support the Samsung Galaxy S10, Pixel 4, Pixel 3, and Nexus 6 Tablet.
These 3 devices cover a full range of resolutions and aspect ratios and will work as a template for any screenshot resolutions you may have.
Please email Tim to request a specific device that you need.
